Investigation on Autonomous Learning of Foreign Language and Countermeasures for Constructing an Autonomous Learning Platform

Under the background “Internet plus” education, colleges and universities pay more attention to application network teaching resources in teaching. Universities intensified reform college English built platforms for learning, supplementing shortcomings classroom improving students' ability.
